Development History
Products that contain PCB circuits such as sensors and actuators are being widely applied in various industries. In particular, in accordance with the trend of vehicle electrification, various electronic parts are being applied widely. In order to protect the internal PCB circuit and minimize process issues that occur when the housing material is fused, many parts that were previously fused by heat and ultrasonic were changed to the laser welding method. And, according to the change in the welding method, it is necessary to develop a material for laser welding with added functionality.
